Tough times for Danniella Westbrook

Like many people, it’s easy to imagine that Danniella Westbrook is looking forward to the end of 2016, so that she can start afresh in the New Year.

Though the year started with promise, notably with a stint on Celebrity Big Brother and a brief return to EastEnders, Danniella has fought her way through medical mishaps, a relationship breakup and a drug relapse.

However, there’s been yet another unfortunate circumstance in the actress’ life, as reports claim that she’s found herself homeless – just before Christmas.

Following multiple procedures to get her teeth fixed in the first half of the year, mum-of-two Danniella contracted septicaemia in August, which caused a sore-looking just under her nose.

During her recovery, it’s understood that she was unable to work – which according to Daily Star, has resulted in her losing her property due to being unable to keep up with the rent.

‘She’s been busy viewing but hasn’t found her new home,’ a source alleged to the newspaper – apparently, she’s been staying at a number of friends’ homes.

The insider continued: ‘Obviously timing isn’t great with it being so close to Christmas but she isn’t rushing into anything and is staying with friends and family over the festive period.’
