Presenter Denise Van Outen tells ex-EastEnder Natalie Cassidy to 'stick her trumpet where the sun don't shine'

Denise Van Outen has accused Natalie Cassidy of double-standards in a Twitter rant. 

The presenter – who is married to Lee Mead, 28 – got upset after seeing the new mum promoting her TV show yesterday.

Natalie, 27, has previously criticised Denise for going back to work too soon after giving birth to baby daughter Betsy in May.
