Want to know how the celebs get ready for the BAFTAs? Now takes you backstage to find out what it's really like

Imagine a long corridor of one of London’s swankiest hotels, in this case The Corinthia. Then picture about a dozen different suites off it, all packed with a different pampering experience.

This is how the celebs get ready for the red carpet and it’s 100% indulgence from the minute they walk through the door, from trays of chocs to the finest champagne flowing, they have everything they need to get them in the mood for the annual TV Bafta awards.

We arrived at the hotel with Ferne McCann and she was immediately taken in to the first room, which held top hair stylist Mark Hill, who had his own private styling room for celebrities to come in and get the VIP treatment. Other celebs that Mark had in his styling chair that day where Pixie Lott, Millie Mackintosh, Lucy Mecklenburgh, Rosie Fortescue, Lydia Bright and Lilah Parsons, who all popped in to see Mark for his hair expertise and styling.

The next room was hosted by the main sponsor House of Fraser, this is where attendees can pick through rails of dreamy dresses and outfits that they may have already pre chosen on private appointments or they can use it as their chance (and in the crazy Ferne McCann‘s case) to get a last minute frock.Yelp Ferne how did you leave it so late???! She picked out her dress half an hour before she was due to leave.

We then moved on to make up, which is a huge room that is constantly full of celebs coming in and out to get beautified. It even has it’s own nail station, where you can get a freshly painted mani or touch up. When we popped in, Lucy Mecklenburgh was in there and had kicked off the celeb champs sipping by bringing some down from her room, where she was staying with boyfriend Louis Smith. Ferne McCann and Brooke Vincent followed on soon after and suddenly the room was buzzing full of gossip, excitement and chitter chatter and Lydia Bright showing everyone her new selfie phone accessory.

The most surprising thing is how these pampered celebs are happy to get ready together in one big room and come in with no make up on, we thought they’d be divaing it up with their own personal entourage where no one could see them. And we can report we got to see all of them without make up and annoyingly they all still looked good, DAMN IT!!!!

In the other rooms, you can pick out Carat diamond jewelery worth thousands AND THOUSANDS of pounds, which is loaned to everyone to wear at the awards!! Imagine losing them because you got too drunk!? #EXPENSIVEMISTAKE

You can also get your tan on with top tanning gurus St Tropez, who were offering everything from bronzing to skin finishing (which is basically what makes the celebs skin look so glowy).

AND if you’re exhausted from all the pampering, god can you imagine, you can just relax out in one of the chill out areas with a glass of bubbles and a handful of chocs, oh how the other half live, no wonder they look so darn good on the red carpet!
