Fearne welcomed baby Rex earlier this year

Fearne Cotton is glad that BFF Holly Willoughby can relate to her struggles as a working mum.

The DJ returned to her Radio 1 show in September, seven months after she gave birth to baby son Rex, but she still felt a bit guilty about leaving her little boy.

Luckily Holly – who’s a mum to Harry, 4, and Belle, 2 – understands what it’s like to juggle work with parenting commitments.

Holly still likes to have fun and do her thing while being a mum,’ says Fearne, 32.

It’s important to still be you. She makes me feel not too guilty about working. Being a mum makes you look at your whole life differently.’

But Fearne admits that she doesn’t fancy going on any more wild nights out with Holly, 32.

Holly wanted me to go out on the town with her the other night because she didn’t have This Morning the next day,’ Fearne tells The Sun.

But I had to say no because I don’t think I could be a mum with a hangover. I never thought I’d say waking up at half six is a lie-in.

But I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. I had so much fun when I was younger that I don’t need to do crazy stuff now.’
