He’s working as a gardener
George Michael is performing community service – he’s potting plants with, er, pot smokers.
The singer, 44, was sentenced to 100 hours in June for being unfit for driving through tiredness and taking prescription drugs.
George is working as a gardener alongside drug addicts and alcoholics at a London homeless hostel.
And the star is enjoying it – spending three hours sorting and planting seeds yesterday.
‘I’m just like everyone else,’ he tells the Daily Star. ‘If you do something stupid you have to pay the price. I’ve been doing some gardening and it’s great.
‘I’ll do whatever they want me to do. I’m looking forward to helping out and I don’t want any special treatment.’
