Former Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell, talks about reuniting with the rest of her band mates
Well before you start shouting ‘GIRL POWER!’ from the top of the rooftop and don your platform trainers, you might want to see what Geri Halliwell, Ginger Spice herself, has to say about the matter.
The 43-year-old told The Sun that although a world tour is definitely on the cards, no solid plans have been made yet.
‘Nothing is set in stone. There’s always speculation about the Spice Girls getting back together.’
Better get those diaries together girls and find some free slot in future for this get-together – there’s a line of fans waiting for a reunion! We bet Emma Bunton’s diary is pink and Victoria Beckham’s is leather and black.
‘I am always flattered by the support myself and the other Spice Girls receive from the public. We are still as close and constantly chatting on the phone with one another.’
We love the thought of the girls being on a 5-way-call to one another. Mean Girls style.
‘Let’s just see what happens. Life is good and I’m happy.’
And there’s every reason for Geri to be happy as Larry. She got married to 41-year-old Christian Horner back in May, and was gushing over the fact that for the first time, she feels like she can just be herself around a man.
‘I never thought I would get married because I never thought I’d meet the man who I knew I would be with always. And I am.’ Oh Gezza!
‘I can be myself with him, I can breathe out. I don’t ever want to get divorced.’
‘I want to share his name. I want me and Christian and my daughter Bluebell to have the same name, to be our family.’
Never mind Girl Power, look at this Family Power!
