Kim Kardashian isn't the only one working lighter hair
Kim Kardashian‘s dramatic hair transformation left the internet buzzing. Does it suit her? Doesn’t it suit her? Is she now the spitting image of Draco Malfoy/Legolas/Boris Johnson or all of the above?
Whatever the answer, Kim isn’t the only one who decided blondes have more fun. Several other celebrities have also reached for the bleach and, while some went straight back, others decided that they loved it.
Lady Gaga is forever changing her tresses but is most frequently seen sporting platimum locks. It wasn’t always like that though, as Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, is actually a natural brunette. Who would have guessed?
Also famously blonde, Madonna‘s peroxide hair from the 80s became her signature look. After briefly dyeing it back to her natural chocolate brown, the singer decided dark hair washed her out and has been blonde ever since.
Les Miserables actress Anne Hathaway had a brief stint with bleach blonde in 2013 after claiming she ‘always wanted to do it.’ However, the change didn’t last and she dyed it back to brown just three weeks later for a film role.
Despite copper being her signature colour, Emma Stone is actually a natural blonde. After rocking red for a few years, Emma finally went platinum for the role of Gwen Stacey in The Amazing Spiderman. However, she quickly returned to reddish-brown following the movies. We think she looked great!
Always one to shock, Miley Cyrus stunned the world when she chopped off her famously long Hannah Montana locks in favour for a bleached cropped style. It has now become a prominent part of her image.
Ex TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh is also known for her flowing brunette waves, but the reality star decided to opt for a lighter shade in 2012. She didn’t quite get the response she’d hoped for though, with then-fiancé Mario Falcone stating ‘making love to you like that, it’s going to be like cheating.’ Oo err. We think you looked gorg Lucy!
