Oscar-winning actress had a difficult childhood
Halle Berry has revealed that she’s been going to therapy since she was a child.
The actress, who won her first Oscar for Monster’s Ball in 2002, had a traumatic childhood and was grateful to get support from a young age.
I’ve done therapy on an as-needed basis since I was probably ten years old,’ says Halle, 46.
My mother knew the value of providing me with the outlet of an unbiased person to talk to, so I’ve done that all my life when times get stressful.
It really helps me deal with stuff.’
The actress would love to set up home in France with her man.
The French are different culturally from Americans,’ Halle tells Hello!
They’re not so obsessed with other people’s personal lives.’
