Hunky Harry's buff body has survived lots of abuse

McFly star Harry Judd is a pop-rock stud with a handsome face and hot bod, but as a teenager he wasn’t quite as buff.

‘At school I was quite skinny, so ideally I would like to have been a bit bigger and stronger,’ Harry, 27, admits.

‘But I didn’t lose any sleep over it.

‘I can imagine it’s probably a bit harder for girls growing up with the pressures of having to look a certain way.

Now Harry trains regularly to keep his taut physique, playing soccer and working out with band mate Danny Jones, 27.

‘I do all sorts of stuff – weight training, interval training, running, playing sports with friends, touch rugby,’ he reveals.

Danny and I play a lot of football together and when we’re on tour we go to the gym together.

‘Actually, we’re all healthy boys, although when we first lived together we used to eat takeaways every night – pizza, Chinese, curries….

‘We did that for two or three years.’

Harry‘s judging The Complete Package for This Morning on ITV at 10.30am on Wednesdays.

The McFly boys are also due to take part in a charity football match for the Foxes Foundation at Leicester City Football Club, King Power Stadium on 6 October.
