Holly Willoughby thinks having kids has made her more sensitive.

The presenter – who is a mum to Harry, 4, and Belle, 2, with husband Dan Baldwin – finds herself being more moved by things now she’s a parent.

I think I’m more emotional,’ says Holly, 32.

Everything is more emotional when you’re a mum. I’m more scared of everything.

It really does change everything.’

Holly admits that just seeing a person’s expression can set her off.

I think I get moved by a look in someone’s face,’ the This Morning host tells Take It Easy.

Whether it’s pain when they’re remembering something that happened to them or a look of love when they tell someone how much they mean to them.

It’s those little moments that you can’t put on.’
