Not only did we actually provide Michelle Keegan with her something blue in the form of an Oscar De La Renta fragrance, we have also bagged all her wedding day beauty secrets, including one that costs £3.99. Find them all out here, NOW!

How gorgeous did Michelle Keegan look on her wedding day? We can’t stop looking at the pics. And we would like to think we played a little part in it too, as Now’s Style Content Director Gilly Ferguson actually gifted Michelle with the fragrance she wore on her wedding day! Oh yep, we did that! The fragrance by Oscar De La Renta, aptly named Something Blue, doubled up as her lucky something blue. She was so overwhelmed by our gift that she actually cried.

Michelle said, ‘Oh my god, that’s so cute! I want to cry – I’m very emotional! I’ve become really emotional! That is so sweet! It’s Oscar De La Renta! Oh my god the bottle’s gorgeous, I can see the top of it already!

‘But seriously it’s gorgeous. I’m actually going to wear this  on my wedding day! I promise you and swear on my life that I will wear this on my wedding day! I promise you now – that is my something blue. I haven’t got one yet. Oh my god, it’s so weddingy!’

Michelle’s wedding hair was styled by Lisa Laudat who used Beauty Works Deluxe Clip-in Extensions in shade #2, from £99,

She used the amazing Beauty Works clip ins to oomph up her already beautifully extended hair, that she has done by Inanch Emir from Inanch London, where she opts for Gold Class Extensions.

Lisa Laudat reveals exactly how she got Michelle’s hair look here:

Look 1 – The Wedding

‘Michelle and I had discussed the wedding hair by pulling inspirations from our favourite hair icons, up until the last minute it could have been up or down, but after seeing “the dress” I suggested soft luxe waves framing her face, with her hair gently pulled back on the top to create height and structure.  I achieved this look by applying Aveda’s Phomollient Styling Foam and then doing a gorgeous blow out to keep the hair looking glossy and then I clipped in some hair wefts to make sure that Michelle’s style lasted for the all day celebrations.  I then sectioned off the hair, backcombed at the root and pinned everything in to place all ready for the veil which completed the look.’

Look 2 – The Party

‘Michelle’s dress was so, so cute! The hair was going to be down with lots of texture and bounce – very 90’s supermodel!

I unpinned the hair, spraying a little of the Bumble and bumble Thickening Spray before whizzing through each sections using my T3 wand tongsMichelle didn’t want to spend too much time away from the party so I had to be super quick! I underdressed the hair by pulling gently through with my fingers and then after a quick spritz of Elnett hairspray, off she ran back to the party… ‘

Michelle also revealed her full beauty regime on her blog for Hello! magazine. We’ve picked out some of the best bits below:

‘Before our big day, I did a lot of pampering (mostly at home because it’s convenient) running around doing errands.

‘For pampering I had a bit of an established beauty regime: using a decent cleanser to remove my make-up (either Origins Mega Bright or Ginzing cleanser) Midnight Face Skin Recovery Concentrate by Kiehls every night, and their Rare Earth Cleansing Mask every few days.

‘I also still swear by the Dr Weil by Origins range, my skin is so improved since using these products for a good few months now.

‘I love Darphin Hydraskin Rich Moisturiser as a day to day moisturiser and I still rate Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentrate which is a cult moisteriser from France and is a bloomin bargain at £20.

‘I have also enjoy regular facials, and don’t really wear any make-up unless I’m going out which I think allows your skin to breathe…’

One thing is for sure, Michelle, you looked BEAUT!

Now’s Wedding gift to Michelle Keegan. The fragrance that made her cry.
