New mum Sam Faiers has opened up about her post-baby weight-loss plan ahead of baby's first family holiday next month


New mum Sam Faiers has opened up about her post-pregnancy body goals, saying she wants to feel body-confident when she heads off on little Paul’s first family holiday next month.

Having already lost one stone since her son’s arrival at the end of December, the former TOWIE star is now focused toning up her abs and butt ahead of slipping into her bikini when she jets off ‘somewhere sunny’ in March.

Writing in New! magazine, Sam shared: ‘I want to tone up and get my abs and bum back because I’ve lost my bum.

‘We want to go somewhere sunny in March and I know I won’t be in my best shape, but I do want to feel confident in my bikini.’

With that new mama glow she’s rocking right now, we’re sure she’ll look a million dollars.

She added: ‘I’ve already dropped a stone since having the baby.’

But you won’t find Sam following any fad diets in her bid to shed the post-baby weight, with the sensible star saying: ‘I’m breastfeeding, so I’ve got to make sure I’ve got a full and healthy balanced diet.’

The gorgeous star welcome baby Paul into the world on 29 December with boyfriend Paul Knightley and is already nailing this motherhood malarky, as she’s proved with a string of social media posts cooing over her new arrival since his birth.

And, as the creator of fitness website Celebrity Trainer with Sam Faiers, we’re sure she’ll have no trouble nailing her post-pregnancy weight loss goals either.
