We reckon One Direction should watch out with these musical TOWIE stars around...!

One Direction may be the world’s biggest boyband but it looks as though they might have some serious competition.

TOWIE lads Dan Edgar, James ‘Arg’ Argent, Jake Hall and James ‘Diags’ Bennewith seem to have got together and formed a new instumental group, complete with drums, guitar and even an accordion!

Aww! See how TOWIE’s Dan Edgar wooed ex Kate Wright in the most ADORABLE way

Taking to Instagram, Dan shared a photo of the four cheeky chaps alongside the caption: ‘New boyband 🎺🎸🎷🎻.’

Sorry, but could this be THE best boyband ever? We can’t get enough of the four Essex fellas on TOWIE, so we’d be practically obsessed if they were to release their own music.

One Direction better watch out!

Sadly, we reckon it’s just a dream. (boo!) The TOWIE stars seem to be posing in a music store pretending they’re the next best thing. Check out Diags’ ‘serious’ face!

Fans of the TOWIE foursome commented on the pic and it’s safe to say that the laughing-with-tears emoji was overly-used…

One of Dan’s followers wrote: ‘idk why I can’t stop laughing at this 😂.’

If the Essex stars WERE to form a group, we can only begin to image the music they’d make.

Maybe Arg, 27, would sing a love song for on/off girlfriend Lydia Bright. Or, Dan might drum some impressive tune for co-star and love interest Kate Wright.

There will soon be a big gap in the boyband market as One Direction recently announced that they planned to take a break from music after five incredible years together.

The four singers will be temporarily splitting up next March following the release of their fifth studio album. Speaking of their decision, X Factor boss Simon Cowell, 56, explained:

‘They always said 2016 they wanted some time off, and I said 100% do it. This has been 5 years non-stop, I’m amazed they did it for so many years.’
