Fans have taken to social media to slam Jeremy McConnell for posting THIS picture...

That pesky ol’ social media- always getting us folk in trouble, ain’t it!

Jeremy McConnell has found himself in a lil’ hot water, after posting a snap himself with a lovely lassie on a date. Doesn’t sound too terrible, does it?!

Well, this is the situation- Jezza has shared the snap with the caption ‘Date night’– and people think it’s a little harsh on Stephanie Davis, who is currently expecting the 26-year-olds baby.

Fans have slammed Jez on the post, writing comments such as ‘It’s alright you going on a date when you have got a baby boy coming on the way and you haven’t even seen her yet that’s terrible you should be ashamed‘ and ‘Hope you don’t get her pregnant then leave like you did Steph’.

Steph and Jeremy have been very on-and-off since meeting each other on CBB, and 26-year-old Jez has even denied that the unborn child is his. However, Steph has claimed that they had in fact been trying for a child and has offered a DNA paternal test for the tot.

Speaking of the baby drama, 23-year-old Stephanie recently shared that she has been bothered by Jeremy going out- explaining ‘I’ve seen Jeremy has been going out a lot and it just all got to me and left me upset.’.

However, Steph is determined to remain positive throughout the duration of her pregnancy, having shared ‘I’ve got lots of exciting things happening and I’m going to try and keep positive’.

Speaking of finding out that she was expecting a child, Steph previously told OK! magazine ‘My pregnancy was a shock but I can’t wait to be a mum. I hope that Jeremy will want to be a part of this baby’s life, but if he decides not to then I am prepared to raise our baby on my own’.

It’s an exciting time for the former Hollyoaks gal’, as she has also found out she is expecting a boy during her recent 4D scan. Steph shared that she ‘actually always thought I was having a boy’.
