Bodybuilding star makes big plans
Jodie Marsh has revealed that she’d love to become a Member Of Parliament.
The former glamour model, who recently presented several investigative documentaries, thinks she’d be a good addition to the House Of Commons.
‘[In the future I’d like to] become an MP,’ says Jodie, 34.
‘If I ran the country it would be a lot better. I’d start with combating bullying in schools – every month we read stories about teenagers who commit suicide because of bullying.
‘Then I’d change where our taxpayers’ money goes. People are paying for services they’re not getting.
‘I won’t carry on, I’ll only start offending people.’
Jodie – who was educated at private school and got 11 GCSEs at grade A* and A – is glad she’s now able to show her intellect after years of doing reality shows.
‘I’d like to think I’m articulate and intelligent but it’s taken me 11 years to get to do what I want to do,’ the bodybuilder tells Metro.
‘It’s not easy. You have to prove you can hold your own show.
‘You’re not going to see the cast of TOWIE with their own investigative documentaries in the near future, I shouldn’t imagine.’
