Actress Lindsay Lohan will have progress review in November

A judge has set strict rules for Lindsay Lohan following her release from rehab.

The actress – who checked out of California’s UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday – will have to undergo random drug tests twice a week as well as have several therapy sessions.

If Lindsay – who did not attend the hearing in LA yesterday – fails to meet any of the requirements, she could be jailed for 30 days.

The new rules apply until 1 November, when she’s due in court for a progress review.

Lindsay will have to remain in LA until then.

She is serious about her sobriety,’ lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge.

She looks forward to proving to the court… that she’s moving forward in a positive manner.’

As part of the hearing, the judge dropped 2 drug charges from a 2007 case because Lindsay had satisfied the probation requirements for those counts.

She received a 90-day jail sentence last month for violating her probation from that 2007 case.

Lindsay was released after serving just 14 days for good behaviour and because of overcrowding and then immediately went into rehab.
