Mum-of-five Katie Price has no plans to stop expanding her family, despite disliking the pregnancy part

Katie Price is very open about her desire to expand her family – remember when she admitted that she wanted 10 kids?! – and she’s not changed her mind about it.

Katie Price’s moving words about Harvey

Yes, despite being a busy mum-of-five, the former glamour model is still planning on having more children. There’s just one little problem about it though – she HATES being pregnant.

Katie, 37, has admitted in an interview with Rochelle Humes for AOL’s Being Mum series that, whilst she adores motherhood, she’s less keen on the nine months proceeding the arrival of a little one.

‘I hate being pregnant, though,’ Katie revealed after discussing her desire to have more babies.

‘I absolutely hate being pregnant, but I still want more. I think I just love chaos, madness and stress.’

Blimey, Katie must seriously adore being a mum. Perhaps her attitude to the pregnancy part of having a child is understandable as the TV star has been through some difficult times during her previous experiences.

It was whilst she was expecting her first son Harvey – whose dad is footballer Dwight Yorke – that she learned he was blind and she’s opened up about the frightening moment to Rochelle.

‘It’s only when we did our six week test they said, “I’m afraid it’s not good news, your son is blind”,’ said Katie.

‘We sat there and were like, “What happens now?”. And they said, “There’s nothing, he’s blind”. We left that waiting room wondering what we do.

‘But what can you do? You just have to get on with it.’

As well as 13-year-old Harvey – who suffers from multiple disabilities including autism, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome – Katie is a mum to son Junior, 10, and daughter Princess, 8, from her marriage to Peter Andre.

She also has Jett, 2, and Bunny, 1, with husband Kieran Hayler. Just the thought of looking after such a large brood leaves us feeling pretty exhausted but Katie can’t get enough of parenthood, despite the challenges it brings.

‘I love the responsibility of all of my kids, I just love it,’ she explains.

‘I love it that they look at me and they love me. I love them, it’s unconditional love. I love it all.’

Wow, that’s a whole lot of love going on in the Pricey household! Check out the full AOL interview here.
