Britney Spears refused visitation rights again
Britney Spears failed to regain her visitation rights yesterday in the latest custody hearing regarding her sons.
Lawyers for both Brit and ex husband Kevin Federline met at the LA Superior Court but no changes to the existing ruling were made.
Kevin, 29, still has full custody of sons Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, while Brit can only speak to them on the phone.
Despite the verdict, lawyers are hoping to come to a fair decision in the near future
‘Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume,’ Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells Us Weekly.
‘It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr Federline looks forward to his children having their mom in their life.’
Britney, 26, lost custody of her boys 6 weeks ago when she had a bizarre custody stand off with K-Fed’s bodyguards on the 3 January.
The next court hearing will be on the 10 March.
