Khloe Kardashian deals with her love pain by working out

Who says you have to hit the Häagen-Dazs when you feel down?

Khloe Kardashian kick-started her diet plan before her marriage to Lamar Odom, 33, hit the rocks – but now she’s channelling her pain into intense workouts and showing him exactly what he’s missing.

Khloé, 29, has already lost an impressive 1st 7lb since June.

She’s all muscle,’ says our source.

She does two hours of boot camp training in the morning and works with trainer Gunnar Peterson in the evening, plus hikes with her friends and yin yoga to keep her head clear.

She’s always struggled with her weight but ironically, just as she’s at her lowest emotionally, she’s fitter than ever.’
