Kim and Kanye to exchange vows in France

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are planning to tie the knot on 24 May in Paris, reports UsWeekly.

The couple, who are mum and dad to daughter North, are said to have chosen the date because an auspicious comet is predicted to produce a brilliant meteor shower.

Kim, 33, and Kanye, 36, both love France and like the idea of a modest ceremony.

‘We’re having a super, super small, intimate wedding,’ Kim told Ryan Seacrest last month.

After they were spotted visiting the historic Palace Of Versailles earlier this year, it was rumoured the lovebirds had chosen the spectacular venue for their nuptials, but this was denied.

On 19th January @KimKardashian and @kanyewest visited the Palace of Versailles but they are not planning their wedding at the Palace,’ a Tweet from the palace’s official account stated.

Kanye will be Kim‘s third husband.

Her first marriage to musician Damon Thomas lasted 4 years and her second in 2011 – to basketball ace Kris Humphries, witnessed by 500 guests – collapsed after 72 days.
