But there could be a problem...
She’s already mum to two of showbiz’s cutest kids, but Kim Kardashian has her heart set on a third baby – despite warnings from her doctors.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star reveals she wants to give North, 3, and baby Saint, 1, a little brother or sister in the latest episode of her reality show, set to air in America next week.
In a trailer for the new instalment, Kim is seen telling family members including sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and mum Kris Jenner: ‘I’m going to try to have one more baby.’
Cue shocked faces all round, in usual KUWTK dramatic style.
Speaking to the camera, Kim adds: ‘I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me.’
Then, seen at her daughter’s side at the doctor’s surgery, Kris tells Kimmy: ‘I don’t want you to do something that would put you in danger.’
Kim has previously opened up about her fertility struggles, revealing it took a year of trying before she fell pregnant with Saint.
After revealing she was finally expecting her second child in June 2015, she told Glamour magazine: ‘One doctor told me I would need my uterus removed after I had another baby — I could only have one more.
‘One was like, ‘You should get a surrogate.’ The other one was like, ‘Oh, no, you’ll be fine.’ Then I called my doctor, and he’s like, ‘You know what? I believe — we’ll get through it.”
Two months later she revealed in C magazine: ‘I had so many complications [trying to get pregnant with Saint]. I had this condition called placenta accreta. There were a couple little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again.
‘It was a long road. I would go to the doctor in Beverly Hills every day at five in the morning to get tested to see if I was ovulating.’
Let’s hope Kimmy has it easier this time round – we so want a new Kardashian baby to coo over!
