Newlywed Kimberley has received lots of love and support from her BFFs
The Girls Aloud star, 34, got married at St James Parish Church in Barbados yesterday in a romantic ceremony attended by star guests including Denise Van Outen and Brian Dowling.
Whilst details about the do itself have been kept quiet, Kimba’s dear friends and bridesmaids Chezza and Nicola couldn’t contain their emotions at seeing her walk down the aisle.
Both girls posted moving tributes to the bride ahead of the nuptials and it’s giving us all the feels, tbh.
Cheryl, 32, might have been going through her own marital issues lately but she was certainly feeling lovey dovey when she shared her thoughts about Kimberley’s big day on Instagram.
‘I don’t know how I ever got so fortunate to find, share & grow the past 14 years of my life with such an amazing, beautiful, kind, considerate and genuine true friend..,’ the X Factor judge captioned a throwback photo with her pal.
‘This journey we have shared growing from girls to young women has shaped us into the people we are today. And I could not be more proud of the woman, mother & very soon to be wife you are and have became.. I love you soooo much.’
Cheeky Chezza even hinted at Kimba – who welcomed first child Bobby in September 2014 – could be planning another baby very soon.
Ms Fernandez-Versini wrote: ‘I am honoured to share with you one of the happiest days of your life. I wish you both eternal happiness, filled with love, laughter & a beautiful life with your husband to be and your gorgeous (hopefully growing soon) family…’
Awww. Meanwhile Nicola, 30, shared an emotive tribute for Kimberley on the morning of the wedding.
‘Kimberley we love you so much, an older sister that was sent to be a pillar in my life,’ the singer explained.
‘I am so full with emotion that today the three us with Cheryl have got to this point after all of our years of growing up together and the experiences we’ve shared, that like Cheryl said has shaped us into who we are.’
So. Much. Emotion. We bet these three shed a tear or two when Kimberley said ‘I do’!
