Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas' new arrival is doing well
The little girl is building up her strength after arriving 5 weeks early.
Coronation Street actress Kym – who’s also mum to David, 15, and Emily, 13 from a previous relationship – gave birth to Polly at the Manchester Royal Infirmary nearly 2 weeks ago.
‘Our darling little Polly is doing very well,’ says Kym, 34.
‘She’s still in hospital and we don’t know exactly how long she will have to stay for yet, but she’s definitely a fighter!
‘I’m at the hospital every day from first thing in the morning until around 10pm every night.’
Polly‘s safe arrival was a huge relief for the couple, who lost their son Archie just a few moments after his premature birth in 2009.
‘Hey guys hope you’re all well! Sorry I’ve been AWOL again! Miss polly keeping me busy! She’s grrrreat as Tony tiger would say! Xx,’ Kym Tweeted today.
And Hollyoaks actor Jamie, 30, who’s also dad to son Billy, 4, wrote: ‘Good morning to everyone, sorry I’ve not been tweeting, been busy with my,amazing, beautiful, stunning, tiny winee little princess polly x.’
