Madonna has revealed David Banda is her greatest supporter.

The singer’s four-year-old son especially loves her outfits.

‘He knows every song, every word, every step,’ she tells GMTV.

‘And he wants to wear all the costumes.

‘He likes the dress I wear in La Isla Bonita.’

Madonna, 51, is also mum to Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, and Mercy James, 3.
