Amy Winehouse launches Twitter rant at pal Mark Ronson

Mark Ronson wants to have a quiet word with singer Amy Winehouse after she Tweeted that he was ‘dead to her’.

Amy let rip at Mark following his Friday night TV interview on Later With Jools Holland, in which he talked about the way they put together her hit album Back To Black.

Working with someone like Amy Winehouse, she would come to me with just a song on an acoustic guitar and then you’d kind of dream up the rhythm arrangements and the track around it,’ Mark, 35, told Jools after being asked to describe the job of a music producer.

The Rehab star did not react well to his comments.

Ronson you’re dead to me; one album I write an you take half the credit – make a career out of it?’ Amy, 27, ranted. Don’t think so BRUV.’

But in a BBC Breakfast interview this morning, Mark credited Amy with being the reason he found fame.

‘I’ve always been really candid about saying that Amy is the reason I am on the map,’ he acknowledged.

Now the beehived diva appears to have forgiven him, Tweeting: ‘Ronson, you know I love you…’

But Mark would still like to clear the air.

Amy is a friend,’ he says, ‘and I think that’s something I should discuss with her personally.’
