Miranda Kerr has some novel ways of combatting the blues.

The Aussie model, who split from husband Orlando Bloom last year, finds that stripping off always gives her a boost if she’s feeling down.

‘I take everything off and put on my Stella McCartney silk robe,’ says Miranda, 30.

‘I’ll put on a red lip or red nails, and it lifts my mood. Sexy underwear also gives you a spark.’

Miranda’s other unusual solution is to do some impromptu leaping on the spot.

‘If I’m having a challenging moment, I jump for joy,’ the mum-of-one tells the Mirror.

‘Literally. After a minute I feel better and after a few minutes I’m really happy. Everything else just drops off.

‘It gets me out of my head and into my body and it makes me feel present.’
