The cute primate was confiscated from Justin in Munich last week
Justin Bieber will lose cute monkey Mally if he doesn’t pick up his pet from a Munich animal shelter within the next four weeks.
Tiny capuchin Mally was seized after singer Justin, 19, flew with his furry companion to Germany in a private jet without any of the correct paperwork last week.
Mally – who’s thought to be just 14 weeks old and was a birthday gift – will be looked after at Justin‘s expense until a heath certificate is issued confirming the animal has no diseases such as rabies.
However, Justin has reportedly flown back to the US before he returns to Europe to continue his Believe world tour on Friday.
Mally is said to have ‘stared miserably into space’ when he first arrived at the shelter and has since been refusing to take food.
The cute creature’s only comfort is his teddy.
‘We could not get him to eat until we gave him the cuddly toy he was clinging to when he was delivered to us,’ centre boss Karl Joachim tells The Sun.
‘This obviously acts as a surrogate parent. He keeps calling a lot for company – without his toy he won’t eat at all.’
Justin‘s agent declined to comment to The Sun last night.
