This Morning host might return to course one day
Holly Willoughby never imagined having a career in TV.
The This Morning host admits she wasn’t a born performer as a child and didn’t really know much about presenting either.
I wasn’t a dancer, I definitely wasn’t a singer and there wasn’t a presenting school to go to,’ says Holly, 33. ‘I didn’t even know that was a job.’
Holly – who’s expecting her third child with producer husband Dan Baldwin – actually fancied working with animals or pursuing psychology, something she might even return to one day.
I wanted to be a vet but that was based on the fact that I liked kittens,’ the bubbly star says.
Then I realised I’d have to deal with dead animals so I didn’t want to do that anymore. Later, my plan was to study psychology and own a cattery.
I started an open university course when I had a two-year down period in telly, so if all else fails, I’ll finish that.’
