She parties all night – so how on earth does Rihanna stay in such amazing shape?
Rihanna‘sbody is sensational and she always looks amazing on stage.
But hang on – isn’t this the same star who’s often papped partying, eating junk food and drinking beer?
Well, it turns out the 23-year-old singer works incredibly hard for her stunning body.
As well as cutting carbs when she needs to, she tone up with New York-based trainer Ary Nunez.
Cardio is the key for Rihanna.
I put in a lot of hard work running on the treadmill,’ she admits.
Ary says: We do a fusion of different martial arts – she enjoys kicking as a way to train and she’s really good at it because she’s got long legs.
‘She also likes biking and dancing for her cardio work. We have fun working out together.
‘She’s all diva!’
