Who else wishes they had Rosie Fortescue's figure?

It’s not often that we see Made in Chelsea stars baring their flesh but, in Rosie Fortescue‘s case, there’s a VERY good excuse.

The reality star posted a selfie on her Instagram wearing nothing but a matching black and white Calvin Klein underwear set, drawing attention to her enviably taut abs. She added the appropriate hashtag: #shareyoursexy. We don’t blame her for wanting to show off her fantastic body, which she works hard for in gruelling work outs at the gym!


So how does Rosie, who enjoys the odd roast dinner and mac n’ cheese treat meal, stay in shape? Talking to InStyle last July, she explained: ‘I work out twice a week at Lomax with my trainer Danny Osbourne. We’ll start out with ten minutes of boxing. As we meet twice a week we might do legs one day and then an upper body workout another day. I do a lot of squats with weights and kettlebell swings. ‘

However, she admitted that this regime is tailored towards her naturally slim figure: ‘I’m naturally skinny so don’t need to do obvious cardio like running or working out on the cross trainer so I think weights is a really good way of toning and getting really strong. It makes me feel better about myself when I feel internally strong.’

The multi-talented star has recently launched her jewellery range called ‘Rosie Fortescue Jewellery’, which features heart-shaped earrings and necklaces along with colourful rings. She also remains on the Made in Chelsea show, recently getting caught in the middle of a sisterly clash between Lucy and Tiff Watson after the lattera accepted an internship with Rosie. Uh oh!

One thing’s for sure – we’re going to be watching Made in Chelsea without the biscuit tin next time, now we have Rosie as our body inspiration!
