Sarah Harding drops a dress size for her new film role

Just two months ago, too much partying seemed to be taking its toll on Sarah Harding‘s tummy.

Wearing a bikini in Ibiza the Girls Aloud singer-turned-actress displayed a far less toned look than normal.

But Sarah, 29, has been working out hard and showed off the results on the set of her new comedy movie Run For Your Wife.

Not content with flattening her tum, she’s toned up from top to toe.

In the film, Sarah plays a fitness instructor, so she’s stepped up her diet and fitness regime to get in shape,’ reveals our source.

She’s been working out with her personal trainer, doing a mix of interval training, cardio and weights for two hours a day to get her body back to its best.

‘She hasn’t lost a lot of weight because she’s been building muscle, but she’s dropped a dress size.’
