Singer dazzles in show-stopping designs by Jean Paul Gaultier
Kylie Minogue wowed fans with a staggering 8 costume changes as she kicked off her world tour on Tuesday.
The singer took to the stage at the Bercy Arena in Paris for 2½ hours and brought out a new outfit every 18 minutes.
She opened the show in a full-length purple spider-inspired gown, before donning a cheerleader’s outfit, complete with funky knee pads and pom-poms.
The costumes were designed by Jean Paul Gaultier.
But the show was almost called off at the last minute because of technical glitches and the fact Kylie, 39, had been suffering from a throat infection.
Considering Kylie couldnt sing on Friday and the problems with the stage on Monday night, its a miracle the show happened at all, a source tells The Sun.
Mercifully all the issues got ironed out in the end.
