Actress takes control as she fights breast cancer
The singer and actress, 49, was fed up of her locks falling out from chemotherapy.

‘My hair was hanging off in patches. I thought sod this and got the clippers.
‘It felt like I was taking control, saying, “Screw this. I’m in charge.” It was liberating.’
Bernie – a member of all-sibling group The Nolans – was diagnosed with the disease in April.
Her sisters Anne and Linda Nolan have previously overcome breast cancer.
