Prince, Paris and Blanket lark about in the ocean

Michael Jackson‘s children were yesterday treated to a beach break to take their minds off today’s first anniversary of his passing.

Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8, were snapped splashing about in the sea in Hawaii during the trip, organised by grandmother Katherine Jackson.

The family are expected to travel to Gary, Indiana, today to mark the actual anniversary.

Katherine, 80 – who is legal guardian to Prince, Paris and Blanket – will unveil a monument to Michael outside the home he was raised in as a child, reports the Daily Mail.

A private memorial and candlelight vigil will follow.

Michael died on 25 June 2009, aged 50, after suffering a cardiac arrest at his LA home.
