The Saturdays' singer Una Foden welcomed her second baby in February
Most women would be nervous about donning a bikini just four months after giving birth. But Una Foden revealed she is already back to her pre-pregnancy best as she posted pictures of herself in a bikini on holiday.
The Saturdays‘ singer has somehow managed to avoid any signs of a #MumBod by displaying a toned tum most women would die for – let alone a mum of two.
Una, 33, welcomed her second child – a son called Tadhg – on 2 February. She already has a daughter Aoife Belle, who is three.
The singer, who is married to rugby star Ben Foden, was back at work within weeks of Taghg’s arrival, working as a coach on The Voice in Ireland.
At the time she said she wasn’t bothered about losing her baby weight too quickly.
She said: ‘Curves are all in at the moment anyway. I’m enjoying the bigger bum I have right now. I’ve been working with an amazing stylist on outfits and there have been some things I’ve tried where I’ve had to go up a size.
‘But I’m not getting disheartened. I’m not putting any pressure on myself or trying to lose weight.’
Una has always had a healthy attitude to weight loss.
After the birth of her first child she admitted: ‘How you look is the last thing on your mind when you have a baby.’
But she went on to reveal that she had worked hard to get her body back in shape.
Speaking in 2014, she said: ‘I’m aware I’m getting a bit older and after having a baby I have to work harder.
‘My abs were the hardest part to tone after pregnancy. My tummy felt like jelly for a while and it’s much more difficult to tone than it used to be.’
