Geri Halliwell has been updating the Bible, according to a source.

Ginger Spice is said to have made changes to a religious text read at her child’s baptism.

‘At her daughter Bluebell’s christening, Geri asked David Walliams to read a passage from the Bible,’ a source tells the Mail On Sunday.

‘The odd thing was she had rewritten parts, saying it would read better.’

Geri, 35, recently launched her first children’s book Eugenia Lavender.
