2015 has not been kind to Mr Cowell

Poor Simon Cowell is just trying to enjoy a holiday in Barbados and now he’s being SUED by a woman who tripped during a taping of America’s Got Talent.

According to reports by TMZ, the woman – named as D’Arcy Gurr in the lawsuit – is claiming $5 million dollars in compensation.

She blames the studio being overcrowded, making it dangerous to navigate and causing her to trip over some wires. The incident is supposed to have happened in April.

It is said that she is suing the show, the fairground and Simon Cowell after the incident allegedly happened at the Los Angeles County Fair.

The music mogul hasn’t exactly had the best year, with the X Factor plagued with fix allegations and its final receiving the lowest ratings in the show’s history. This is despite the fact music heavy-hitters Adele, Coldplay, and One Direction performed at the event.

Adele’s X Factor performance recently came under fire after it was revealed to be pre-recorded!

Not to mention his family home being burgled and lost £100,000 worth of possessions.

Police investigating the burglary have released CCTV of a man they wish to speak to. Simon Cowell said the raid on his home, where he, Lauren Silverman and their 21-month-old son Eric were asleep in the mansion at the time, has left him traumatized.
