Actress will have to take weekly drug tests
An arrest warrant issued against Lindsay Lohan yesterday has been lifted after she posted $100,000 (£70,000) bail.
The actress failed to show up at a probation review at an LA court – related to a 2007 drink driving case – and the judge rejected Lindsay‘s excuse that she’d been stranded in Cannes after her passport was stolen.
But the warrant was withdrawn after a bondsman – who she paid $10,000 – posted the $100,000 bail on her behalf.
Lindsay, 23, will return to the States today and is now due in court on Monday morning.
She’s expected to be ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and take weekly drug tests as part of the bail conditions.
