TV presenter slams rumours she's leaving the show

Tess Daly insists she’s staying put as much-loved presenter of BBC series Strictly Come Dancing.

The One Show‘s Christine Bleakley has been rumoured to be taking over as host of the show when it returns this autumn – but Tess says it’s nonsense.

‘I’m not leaving Strictly,’ says the mum-of-two.

‘I love it too much.’

Tess, 39, has been presenting Strictly with co-host Bruce Forsyth, 82, since the first series in 2004.

‘There’s no truth in the rumours, I’m staying put,’ she tells The Mirror.

Tess and Family Fortunes host husband Vernon Kay, 36, are parents to Phoebe, 5, and 10-month-old Amber.

Vernon made a public apology in February for sending saucy texts to 5 other women.
