Rustlers take animal props from movie set in Scotland

Brad Pitt has been shooting his latest movie around Grangemouth oil refinery in Scotland.

The countryside in the region, which looks very like the US, had been turned into Jersey Cow Dairy Farm for zombie movie World War Z – but two fake cows have been stolen from the set.

A herd of fake cows were brought in a few days ago and put in the field,’ a source reveals.

They were taken from under the nose of security staff.

They look like concrete but they are made out of fibreglass and not as heavy as they look.’

Hollywood star Brad, 47, is probably trying to figure out why on earth anyone would want to rustle 2 fibreglass props.

But maybe someone fancied them to decorate their garden.

They don’t look like real animals, we have been wondering how they might be used,’ the source tells the Daily Record.

The thieves were a bit cheeky.’
