Dustin's proud of his bronze boy - aww!
As the world becomes more and more engrossed in the Rio Olympics, the nation rejoiced on Monday (8th August) when Tom Daley and Daniel Goodfellow secured bronze medals in their diving event.
However, there were bound to be a few people even prouder than most – their loved ones. Tom’s fiancé Dustin Lance Black is one in particular who’s taken to social media to show his excitement – and it’s so lovely!

Tom and Daniel wowed crowds worldwide with their skills in the 10m men’s synchronized platform event, and were overjoyed when it was confirmed that they’d done enough to score an Olympic bronze medal, following China’s gold and a silver score for the USA.
With it being one of Team GB’s first medals so far in the tournament, Twitter was alight with excitement. Screenwriter Dustin took to social media soon after the event to praise his partner of three years, sharing a lovely picture of the three of them: himself, Tom and his new bronze medal.
‘So happy for you. So proud’ the 42-year-old wrote as a simple but sweet caption, followed by the supportive hashtags: #TeamGB, #TeamDaley, #Diving, #Rio2016 and three red love hearts. Aww!
Hundreds of fans have contributed their congratulations, with plenty also pointing out the obvious cuteness of their connection. ‘The way you look at him makes my heart melt, such a beautiful couple’, wrote one user underneath the photo – and we can only agree!
The pair announced their engagement in October 2015, and Tom, 22, has presumably been training hard for Rio’s grand tournament ever since. Tom will compete again on Friday 19th August in the individual men’s 10m platform event. Here’s hoping another medal’s on the way!
