Say goodbye to those dreamy blue eyes! Tom Pearce has reportedly been booted off TOWIE
TOWIE favourite Tom Pearce has been dropped after bosses slammed his lack of commitment it has been reported. We are weeping into our flat white just thinking about waving goodbye to those dreamy blue eyes.
According to reports he refused to confirm if he would take part in the TOWIE Christmas special and producers want his shock departure to be a warning to other members of the show.
However Tom has denied that he was ditched and says he quit.
Tweeting this morning Tom said: ‘Contrary to some articles in the press
this morning I was not dropped from Xmas special, I Quit to concentrate
on my job.’ So there.
However a source told The Sun: ‘Tom‘s lack of enthusiasm got too much for bosses. Others could be ditched if they don’t buck up their ideas.’
Tom has been a crucial – not to mention entertaining and gorgeous – member of the reality show relishing his single lad status and dating his fair share of co-stars.
Apart from a brief romance with Lucy Mecklenburgh and George Harrison we didn’t see Tom, 23, in a serious relationship, which only added to our interest in him. Obvs.
James ‘Arg’ Argent, 26, is still suspended from the ITVBe reality show following reports that he was partying too much and even some whispers that he could have failed a drugs test.
A spokesperson told Now there were no plans for him to return as it stands and that he will not be part of the Christmas special either.
And favourite Charlie Sims, 22, has also been absent from the show for quite a few weeks too.
When we caught up with him at the Now Xmas bash he said he was ‘having some time out and concentrating on his business.’ Could he be next for the chop we wonder?
One star who is making a comeback sooner than we expected is I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! flop Gemma Collins, 33. She has already returned to the show we hear.
Citing a violent bust-up with former boyfriend Alex Moss days before she flew out as the reason she felt so weak in Australia, Gemma said after she left the show: ‘I am just not as strong as I thought I was.’
A source said: ‘Gemma feels she can handle coping with the incident better surrounded by her TOWIE mates than she could have in Oz.’
