Mario is ready to meet someone special
Mario Falcone admits that he hopes to follow in the footsteps of his big sister Giovanna and settle down.
The TOWIE star – who claims to have slept with over 500 women and says he’s had ‘threesomes, foursomes and fivesomes’ – seems ready to ditch his wild ways for the right woman.
Seeing his sibling Giovanna marry McFly star Tom Fletcher and become a mum to baby Buzz appears to have left him inspired.
‘I want to settle down,’ says Mario, 26.
‘I want what my sister Giovanna and Tom Fletcher have got. But at the same time, unless I’m in the right place, I’m not going to.
‘So I’ll play the field while I can, then I hope I’ll find someone who will just make me think, “Wow!”
‘For the last year, I was trying to force it. But that’s wrong. You’ve just got to go with the flow, see what happens.’
Instead of hooking up with another cast member from TOWIE, Mario Falcone has his sights set quite high.
‘Cara Delevingne would be good!’ he quips.
‘I’m proper punching above my weight there.’
Mario was previously in an on-off relationship with Lucy Mecklenburgh and they even got engaged on screen in the summer of 2012.
They later split amid allegations that Mario had been unfaithful but the reality star says he has continued to support his former fiancée.
‘Funnily enough, we bumped into each other in the sunbed shop and we spoke then,’ Mario recently revealed.
‘With anything we do – me going on Celebrity Big Brother or her doing Tumble – we always check each other is OK.’
It sounds like Mario Falcone has matured a lot. Back in 2012 the TOWIE hottie admitted that he’d sent private Twitter messages to other girls behind Lucy’s back – but only did it to restore his confidence.
He was upset by pictures of Lucy leaving her ex Mark Wright’s flat in September 2011 and felt in need of an ego boost.
‘It was never about the other girls,’ said Mario.
‘When everything happened with Lucy, it damaged me and my confidence. I’m quite confident, I’m a little bit arrogant but that happened.
‘I messaged girls to get my confidence back. It was an ego boost.’
