As is probably to be expected from a TOWIE cast member, that transformation hasn’t been without its dramas.

During her time as a contestant on the 2014 series of Celebrity Big Brother, Sam began to experience stomach cramps. She started shedding the pounds and was rushed to hospital before being diagnosed with incurable Crohn’s disease eight weeks later.

Following this experience, it became clear that Sam was keen to educate others on how to maintain a hot but healthy body and she launched her own fitness programme in January 2015 called Celebrity Training With Samantha.

‘When I lost a lot of weight from my Crohn’’s disease, I wanted to make a change and make sure that I was healthy, fit and feminine,’ she explained.

‘My motivation is to show that you can keep your body in a healthy and strong place. This is far more important than what size you are. It’s about how you feel.’

Later that year Sam’s weight loss journey took another turn when she fell pregnant with her first child and she welcomed baby Paul with boyfriend Paul Knightley.

The family grew in 2017 when second tot Rosie arrived and the whole clan becmae stars of ITVBe show The Mummy Diaries.

Despite being a busy mum-of-two, Sam is rocking one hot bod and hasn’t shied away from showcasing her curves – work it, girl!
