Singer's brother voices concerns for her well-being

Susan Boyle‘s brother has suggested that the singer is not coping well with fame.

The Britain’s Got Talent star needs constant care to cope with the stresses of touring, he says.

‘She needs 24-hour care. She needs to be looked after,’ John Boyle tells People.

‘The traveling and the whole [fame] thing is exhausting. She still has her anxieties and her loneliness,’ her other brother Gerry adds.

Susan, 48, who recently collapsed at Heathrow Airport, was distressed after she found an intruder in her home in Scotland earlier this year.

The man ran out past her as she entered the property in Blackburn, West Lothian.
