But who's that photobombing the TOWIE couple?
Lydia Bright took to Instagram to express her pride as boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent completed one of the most ’emotional’ and ‘painful’ weekends of his life.
The TOWIE star, who spent time in rehab last year to battle anxiety and depression, joined celebrities Matt Johnson, Gail Porter, Anna Williamson and other supporters this weekend to walk an incredible 50km, trekking across mountains, to raise an incredible £60k for mental health charity Mind.
Lydia celebrated Arg’s amazing feat by taking her man and her family out to one of their favourite Essex restaurants – Sheesh in Chigwell. We hope Arg had a chair to rest his blistered feet on.
Posting a picture of their knees-up on Instagram, Lydia wrote: ‘Sheesh Sunday’s celebrating Args charity trek. Dad photobombing 😂 #ProudGirlfriend.’
We did wonder who that was in the background!
Arg, 27, kept his Twitter followers updated throughout his challenge, at one point uploading a photo of him looking ill with the words: ‘Words cant describe the emotional, physical & mental pain we are all in!’
The 24 trekkers were divided into two teams with Arg joining team leader Matt Johnson’s team to walk the 15 highest mountains in Wales over 24 hours.
Anna Williamson lead Team England, along with Gail Porter, walking in the Lake District.
At the end of the challenge Matt posted a team picture, writing: ‘I’m the proudest team captain that there ever will be. What a brutal, yet incredible weekend that I’ll never forget @mindcharity‘
Before he set off Arg told Now: ‘Things have been hard for me lately but I feel exceptionally lucky – I have come through the other side with the love and care of those close to me. Now I want to help make sure other people can do the same.’
Originally the charity set out to raise £50,000 but by last weekend they had smashed that and aimed to raise £60,000 by the end of the trek. The money will go towards helping services like the charity’s Infoline which receives over 73,000 calls for help each year.
Well done Arg, Matt, Gail, Anna and everyone else in your amazing teams!
