The wetting of Prince George's head is this week
Bonny Prince George‘s christening is due to take place at 3pm on Wednesday, 23 October at The Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace.
As Now went to press, royal aides said no further details about godparents and other guests or the order of service will be given out until the day.’
BOOORING!
We’re placing bets on the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Charles ‘n’ Camilla, Kate Middleton‘s parents Michael and Carole, and her siblings Pippa and James to attend.
And Prince Harry, obvs.
George is going to be wearing a frock for the ceremony.
Boys traditionally wear dresses at christenings (take a look at your nan’s old family album. Teehee).
George is likely to wear a lace gown that’s a replica of one worn by Queen Victoria‘s eldest daughter in 1841.
We’re not giggling… honest.
