All your questions answered in one easy article

So The Grammys have long come and gone, and now we’re all looking forward to the biggest night in music on this side of the pond. That’s right – it’s nearly time for The Brits!

The annual extravaganza is merely hours away, and we’ve gathered all the need-to-know info so that you’re prepared before everything kicks off…

When and where is it?

The Brit Awards 2017 is on Wednesday 22nd February at London’s 02 Arena, with the ceremony starting at 7.30pm.

Grr, but I don’t have a ticket? How can I watch it?

Just in case your VIP pass hasn’t turned up yet, there’s no need to fear – you can watch the show LIVE (accidental swears and all – we’re looking at you, Adele) on ITV from 7.30pm to 10.00pm. And if you haven’t gotten around to paying your TV licence yet, you can also watch the proceedings on the YouTube live stream, hosted by online influencer Caspar Lee.

Who’s hosting the Brits 2017?

Traditionally, the answer would be Ant and Dec – but the cheeky chappies decided that last year would be their final time at the Brits hosting rodeo. Michael Bublé was set to take the reins, but pulled out in January due to caring for his three-year-old son Noah, who was diagnosed with liver cancer.

So now, the baton has been handed to Emma Willis and Dermot O’Leary – excellent presenters alone, so we’re excited for what’s going to happen when they combine!

Who is performing at the Brits 2017? Anyone good?

You betcha there is! Ed Sheeran is continuing his comeback after a year’s break with a headline slot on the stage. Also making a welcome return will be Katy Perry with new track Chained To The Rhythm.

Ed Sheeran is also set to perform, and has even hinted at a surprise duet – who could it be!? Some joked it could be Jedward after the Shape of You singer appeared on Radio 1 with the Irish popsters, which would be BLOODY AMAZING.

And if that hasn’t impressed you yet, we’ve also got Little Mix opening the show and the musical stylings of Album of the Year Nominees Skepta and The 1975Emeli SandéRobbie Williams, and Bruno Mars to look forward to!

However, there are worrying question marks hanging over Robbie Williams‘ performance after the Take That star suffered a ‘serious’ injury right before the event, throwing organisers into chaos. We just pray he pulls through and treats us to a Rob-tastic performance…
