Kristen focuses on women after split

After her split from Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart is ditching men for good – on screen that is.

The actress will reportedly play a ‘sexually ambiguous’ girl called Valentine in upcoming flick Sils Maria, in which she embarks on a lesbian relationship with a friend played by French actress Juliette Binoche.

According to Perez Hilton, the film sees both women try to erase all the ambiguities that make up their exclusive and intimate relationship’.

The role comes after rumours that K-Stew, 23, jokingly claimed she was ‘giving girls a go’ following her split from Rob, 27, last month.

Maybe playing a lesbian will help to distract Kristen from the break-up, which friends say she’s still struggling to cope with.

Kristen has been just laying low, hanging out with her closest friends and trying to stay out of the spotlight as much as possible,’ a source tells Hollywood Life.

‘She misses her best friend. It’s like a part of her has died and she is still going through the grieving process.’
