Giovanni likes to mark his achievements in ink - and Georgia has a design in mind

Georgia May Foote is edging ever closer to winning that Strictly Come Dancing Glitter Ball and she’s got some BIG plans in mind should she be victorious.

The 24-year-old star wants dance partner Giovanni Pernice to mark their triumph forever by getting a tattoo – of HER face!

Georgia made the amusing request when she and Gio appeared on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2 this morning, where discussion turned to the Italian pro’s inkings.

‘I want my face on his arm with the Glitter Ball underneath,’ Georgia quipped about his next potential tat. LOLs.

Unfortunately Giovanni isn’t too keen on the idea, though he IS willing to compromise…

‘No way! The Glitter Ball maybe…’ he said. Ah well, Georgia, at least you tried!

Giovanni, 25, also dismissed the idea of getting his dance partner’s name inked on his skin, which Chris suggested probably wouldn’t be too helpful for his future romantic life.

It sounds like the Italian dancer will definitely get some sort of etching to mark his time on Strictly should he and Georgia win though.

Throughout his career Gio has celebrated his achievements with tattoos and he has the phrase ‘Born To Win’ scribed on his wrist in Latin alongside the date he won the 2012 Italian Championship.

Born to win? That’s GOT to be a good sign for Georgia and Giovanni’s prospects in the Strictly final!

Team GG have certainly earned their place in the final four, having topped the leaderboard on more than one occasion as well as surviving the dance-off a couple of weeks ago.

Not only that but Georgia recently battled through illness to give an incredible performance on Saturday night’s semi-final – what a trooper!

It’s perhaps unsurprising then that the whole experience has left the former Coronation Street star in a bit of a state.

‘I am in so much pain constantly,’ she revealed on the radio show. ‘For 24, I feel about 98.’

C’mon Georgia, you can do it!
